| 摘 要： | 以饲料型四倍体刺槐的自然繁殖苗木为对照，对组培苗进行RAPD技术分析，结果表明，经NAA处理的组培苗未发生遗传变异，而经IBA培养的组培苗发生了遗传变异。

| Abstract: | Taking the seeding propagated in the nature as the control,plantlets material analyzed by RAPD technique was conducted.The results showed that genetic variation didn't appeare to plantlets treated by NAA but appear to plantlets treated by IBA. |
