| 摘 要： | 目的]建立检测蔬菜中有机磷的气相色谱方法。方法]采用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器检验蔬菜中的有机磷。结果]结果表明,农药的加标回收率为73.88%~108.90%,相对标准偏差为2.07%~5.08%,检出限为0.017 3~0.039 5μg/ml。结论]该方法操作简便、快速,方法回收率和精密度较好。

Determination on the Organic Phosphorus in Vegetables with Gas Chromatography |

| Abstract: | Objective] The purpose aimed to establish a simple gas chromatography method for determining organic phosphorus in vegetables.Method] The gas chromatography-flame photometric detector was used to determine organic phosphorus in vegetables.Result]The results indicated that the recovery of standard addition,relative standard deviation and detection limit of this method were 73.88%-108.90%,2.07%-5.08% and 0.017 3-0.039 5 μg/ml,respectively.Conclusion]The operation of this method is simple and rapid,the recovery and precision is better. |
