摘    要:现代学徒制是学院和企业合作,共同培养适应社会发展需要的人才培养模式。实践证明,现代学徒制是一种适用于高职院校培养高素质技术技能型人才的有效模式,未来将成为高职食品加工技术专业教学的主要发展方向。

Abstract:The modern apprenticeship system is a mode of training talents to meet the needs of social development based on the cooperation between enterprises and colleges.It has been proved that modern apprenticeship system is an effective model for training high-quality talents in higher vocational colleges.
