玉米种子干燥工艺的研究

摘    要:通过玉米种子果穗一次干燥工艺与果穗干燥和籽粒干燥相结合的二次干燥工艺进行对比试验及分析,得出了二次干燥工艺能够提高干燥能力近1倍,降低能耗及作业成本20%~30%,减少脱粒时种子破碎1%以上.试验证明:该干燥工艺可明显提高干燥均匀性、提高经济效益,是一种比较先进的干燥技术,可为玉米种子干燥工艺的研究提供参考.

Abstract:By comparing test and analyses on one time drying technology of corn seeds Ear and two times drying technology of the combination of corn seeds ear and grain, the author concluded that two times drying technology enhance the drying capacity 1 times; reduce the energy consumption and cost 20 to 30 percent. The experiment shows that decrease seed smash rate more than one percent; improve drying homogeneity obviously; improve economic benefits, and it is one of the comparably advanced techniques, It can provide references for the Research of the drying technology for corn seeds.
