| 摘 要： | 通过对某猪场猪的发病情况调查、临床症状观察、病理学检查及PCR检测，结果表明：该猪场所爆发的是猪繁殖与呼吸综合征；妊娠母猪和1月龄以内的仔猪最易感，并表现为典型的临床症状；病理变化主要为肺间质性肺炎、非化脓性脑炎、急性淋巴结炎、脾自髓淋巴细胞减少，以及肾小管上皮细胞散在性变性坏死及管腔内有滴状物、血管周围和间质组织炎性细胞浸润，肝细胞变性和坏死，心、胃和肠等部位可见到血管周围和间质组织炎性细胞浸润。

| Abstract: | In this study,the infection rates,clinical symptoms and pathological changes of pigs caused by pathogens in a pig farm were examined and PCR-tested.The results show that the investigated porcine disease was a kind of porcine reproductive & respiratory syndrome in this farm.The pregnant sows and swine within one month are more susceptible to infection with typical clinical symptom.The pathological changes are interstitial pneumonia,apyetous encephalitis,acute lymphadenitis,lymphocyte reducing in splenic whit... |
