继代培养对水稻胚性愈伤组织染色体变异及体细胞无性系变异的影响

摘    要:以79106、金早6号、中花9号和南粳35等4个水稻品种的成熟胚胚性愈伤组织为材料,研究继代培养对胚性细胞染色体的数量和结构变异及体细胞无性系农艺性状变异的影响,结果表明,经60d继代培养后,胚性细胞染色体变异频率明显高于未继代培养的愈伤组织,并出现多种变异类型,愈伤组织继代培养后的再生植株农艺性状变异范围明显增大,但以继代培养天数不超过60 d的愈伤组织再生植株较之其它处理不仅有较丰富的变异类型,而且有足够大的群体供选择。

Abstract:The effects of subculture on the chromosome structure and quantity variations of embryogenic callus derived from mature embryo and somaclonal variations including fertility and grain yield in Oryza sativa L. were studied. The results showed that the frequency and the chromosome variations of embryogenic calli and somaclones derived from subculture calli were obviously increased with the increace of the times within bod subculture. It suggested that the population of somaclones derived from 60 days subculture calli has richer mutative types and was large enough to be selected and applied in rice improvement by using somaclonal variations.
