配气定时对柴油机性能优化的仿真分析

摘    要:利用美国GAMMA公司开发的发动机仿真软件GT-POWER,建立16V280型柴油机的仿真模型,研究配气定时对该机型油耗和排放的影响。在标定转速下,对100%,75%,50%,25%负荷工况进行部分配气定时的优化,仿真分析出综合情况最优方案,为该机型的后续改进和优化提供参考。

Abstract:Using GT-POWER,the engine simulation software developed by GAMMA,the United States,the simulation model of 16V280 locomotive diesel engine was established to study the influence of timing of valve on fuel consumption and emission.Under the rated speed,the partial distribution cam timing was optimized for the load conditions of 100%,75%,50%and 25%,and the optimal scheme for the overall situation was analyzed by simulation.The results provide some references for the subsequent improvement and optimization of the model.
