| 摘 要： | 针对高校实验技术人员的岗位特点和素质要求，建立了实验技术人员的模糊综合评价数学模型。实践表明，应用模糊综合评价原理，对实验技术人员的德、能、勤、绩诸方面进行评价的方法可行，并具有一定的实用价值。
