活性炭对菊芋糖浆的脱色效果

摘    要:采用活性炭对菊芋(Helianthus tuberosus)糖浆进行脱色,采用单因素试验考察了活性炭种类、添加量、吸附温度、吸附时间及pH对脱色效果的影响,在此基础上设计正交试验进一步优化脱色工艺.结果表明,活性炭种类对菊芋糖浆的脱色率有较大影响,对总糖回收率影响最大的因素是吸附温度.优化的脱色工艺参数为SBS-202型活性炭、活性炭添加量80 mg/mL、吸附温度70℃、吸附时间20 min、pH 6.

Abstract:Active carbon was used to decolor the Helianthus tuberosus.The effects of different kind of active carbon,active carbon dose,absorption temperature,absorption time and pH on the decolorization rate of H.tuberosus were studied by single factor tests,based on which orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the decoloration craft.The results showed that the type of active carbon had the greatest effect on the decoloration rate;while the recovery rate of total sugar was mostly affected by absorption temperature.The optimum decolorization conditions were,type of active carbon,SBS-202;dose of active carbon,80 mg/mL;absorption temperature,70 ℃;absorption time,20 min;pH 6.
