“大学生村官”计划持续发展的分析与思考

“大学生村官”是推动社会主义新农村建设的重要力量,也是党政机关培养和储备后备人才的重要来源.自2011年开始,“大学生村官”3年的任职期陆续届满,“大学生村官”计划的可持续性已成为一个值得研究的课题.通过实地调研,考察了现任“大学生村官”工作、生活、思想状况、乡村干部和村民对“大学生村官”的评价,在深入分析“大学生村官”现状、遇到问题的基础上,考虑“大学生村官”对期满离岗后的规划和愿望,提出了一些思考和建议.

Analysis and Thinking of the Sustainable Development of “College Student Village Officer” Program

The "College Student Village Officer" program is the main support of the new socialist countryside and the important source of reserve personnel that the party and government organs need to develop as well.Since 2011,as the 3-year’s tenure of "College Student Village Officer" has come to an end gradually,whether the program is sustainable becomes an issue worthy of being studied.With all the questions,the situation of the present "College Student Village Officer " in work,life and ideology,the judge to them by the local village officers and villagers were investigated.On the basis of the deep analysis of the "College Student Village Officer" current situation and problems they meet,some reflection and suggestions were put forward,considering the student villagers’ planning and desire after the expiry.
