粉红聚端孢体外产毒条件的研究

摘    要:采用白兰瓜种子发芽抑制试验测定了不同培养条件下粉红聚端孢(Trichotheciumroseum)培养滤液的毒性,结果表明:PSC和PSC+5%白兰瓜种子汁这两种培养基有利于该菌产生毒素,Richard产毒较少;该菌最佳产毒温度为20~25;以pH7.0最有利于产毒;振荡培养比静置培养利于产毒;该菌在连续黑暗与连续光照条件下均可产毒,连续黑暗更适宜于产毒;在设置的培养时间内,随培养时间的延长,培养滤液对种子的抑制率升高。

Abstract:The toxicity on culture liquid of T. roseum was determined by the method of inhibiting germination rate of muskmelon seeds. The results showed that 2 kinds of medium (PSC and PSC+5 % seed juices) were suitable for toxin production. Toxin produced little in Richard medium. The optimum conditions were 20~25 and pH 7.0. The conditions of quivering culture and darkness showed more benefit than that of quite culture and continuous light. Germination inhibiting rate of the seeds increased with prolonged culturing time during incubation.
