| 摘 要： | 水稻是东北地区的丰要粮食作物，近几年呈不断增长趋势。随着中国加入WTO，东北地区水稻的生产和销售均受到一定影响。如何在激烈的国际市场竞争中，保证东北稻米的竞争优势和占有一定的市场份额，同时降低成本增加农民收入，是东北地区水稻生产发展中的重要课题。

| Abstract: | The rice is the main crop in northeastern region. The yield of rice is continuously increasing during nearly years. After joined WTO, the yield and selling are all influenced. It is an important subject for rice producing in northeastern region that how to keep the front of northeastern rice, occupy the market place share, decrease the cost and increase the farmers income. |
