木质素磺酸钠取代苯酚改性辐射松木材

摘    要:用不同质量的木质素磺酸钠取代酚醛树脂中的苯酚,制得取代苯酚比例分别为5%、33%、50%、75%和100%的改性酚醛树脂。通过减压浸渍法用未改性酚醛树脂和改性酚醛树脂改性辐射松木材,并对其形貌和热性质进行对比研究。红外表征指出,木质素磺酸钠取代苯酚制得的改性酚醛树脂的特征峰与未改性酚醛树脂相同,表明改性酚醛树脂的合成获得成功。改性木材质量增加率的分析结果表明:木质素磺酸钠取代比例为75%时,木材质量增加率最大。扫描电镜的形貌结果,也证实了改性酚醛树脂已浸入到木材当中。热分析表明,5%和75%木质素磺酸钠取代的改性酚醛树脂的渗入,促进了辐射松木材炭化反应的发生,大幅提高了辐射松木材的剩炭率。

Abstract:We modified radiata pine by phenolic resin in which sodium lignosulphonate substituted phenol.The proportions of so-dium lignosulphonate substituting phenol were 5%, 33%, 50%, 75%and 100%, respectively.We prepared the modified woods by vacuum impregnating in the unmodified and modified phenolic resin, respectively.Furthermore, we investigated their morphology and thermal stability.By FT-IR, the characteristic peaks of modified phenolic resin didn’ t change com-pared with unmodified phenolic resin, and the result confirmed that modified phenolic resin was synthesized successfully. Modified wood weight analysis results showed that when the sodium lignosulphonate replaced the ratio of 75%, the timber weight gain rate was maximum.By SEM morphology, modified phenolic resin permeated the timber.By thermal analysis, infiltration of 5%and 75%sodium lignosulphonate instead of modified phenolic resin promoted the coking reaction of radia-ta pine lumber.Therefore, the rate of the remaining carbon of radiata pine lumber was increased.
