| 摘 要： | 黄河大堤山东段防洪标准偏低。本文从堤防防渗施工方法的可行性、耐久性和经济性等几个方面对已采用的方法和可采用的方法进行了技术分析，并对黄河永久性防洪提出了几点建议。

| Abstract: | The flood prevention standard is relatively low of for the Shandong section of the Yellow river. This paper technically and economically compares the methods which have been used and will be probably used in several aspects, such as the feasibility, durability and economy of the construction methods for basement seepage prevention,they also provides several suggestions for the permanent flood prevention on the Yellow River ,which provides a piece of reference for the decision-makers and designers. |
