莲藕柔性脱皮试验研究

摘    要:阐明了柔性脱皮原理,建立了莲藕脱皮数学模型,优化了柔性脱皮装置的结构和运动参数,分析了各参数对脱皮性能的影响规律。试验结果表明,柔性脱皮装置的未脱净率和损伤率均较低,在生产实践中,用此装置代替手工脱皮作业,可提高生产效率,降低劳动强度。

Abstract:A brief introduction to a new designed experimental equipment of lotus root, including the explanation of its soft peeling principle and the influencing factors of the unpeeled rate and the damaged rate, was given in this paper. The four influencing factors are feeding speed, toughness of the spring, speed of the brush wheel and entrance diameter. The mathematical model of lotus root peeling was established, the structure and kinetic parameters of the machine were optimized and the influencing factors of these parameters were analyzed. The results of the paramater optimization were: feeding speed 0 17 m/s, entrance diameter 27 mm, rotational speed of brush wheel 1 163 r/min and toughness of spring 377 N/m. The experimental results indicated that the novel designed peeler provided a low rate of unpeeled and damaged lotus.
