Abstract:The main methods of cotton cross breeding are artificial emasculation,genic male sterile two-line,genic male sterile three-line,cytoplasmic male sterility three-line and so on.The key techniques of cotton hybrid seed production: the methods of preparation seeds to be a major breakthrough,hybrid vigour to be further improved.The cotton hybrid vigour will be abroad utilized as the extensive use of biological sophisticated technique in cotton cross breeding.
