摘    要:目的]研究彩色马蹄莲"凤眼"组培快繁技术。方法]以彩色马蹄莲红花品种"凤眼"块茎为外植体,研究不同的消毒方法和激素水平对彩色马蹄莲离体快繁的影响,并筛选适合彩色马蹄莲试管苗快繁的培养基。结果]在初代试验中对彩色马蹄莲的块茎消毒以0.2%升汞处理15min为宜;MS+2.0mg/L6-BA+0.1~0.2mg/LNAA为适宜的愈伤组织诱导培养基;在继代培养基MS+0.5mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LNAA上,愈伤组织能够分化出状态良好的丛生芽并继续增殖;在培养基MS+0.3mg/LIBA上,生根率达100%,试管苗生长健壮,根系良好。结论]为建立彩色马蹄莲快繁体系及规模化生产奠定基础。

Study on the Tissue Culture and Rapid Propagation of Zantedeschia hybrida 'Feng Yan'

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to Study the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Zantedeschia hubrida‘Feng Yan’.Method]Using bulbs different Zantedeschia hybrida 'Feng Yan'as explants,the effections of disinfection methods and hormone levels on rapid propagation in vitro of Zantteschia hybrida'Feng Yan' were studied,and the best cutture for rapid propagation of Zantedeschia hybrida‘Feng Yan’ was filtered.Result]The results showed that the best disinfectant time by 0.2%HgCl2 was 15 min;The best medium for calli induction was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+ 0.1~0.2 mg/L NAA.In the medium of MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA,calli would grow into cluster buds,and the buds grew well with new callus proliferation.In the medium of MS+0.3 mg/l IBA,rooting rate was 100%,and the roots grew well.Conclusion]The study laid a foundation for establishing Zantedeschia hybrida rapid propagation systerm and large-scale production.
