| 摘 要： | 城市与农村发展的不平衡是世界各国在经济发展中普遍关注的共同话题，城乡统筹发展对于全面建设小康社会及构建和谐社会具有战略性意义。从显性和隐性两个方面分析云南省城乡统筹发展中存在的问题，然后从产业发展、就业、政府扶持、制度创新等视角提出城乡统筹发展的对策建议。
