| 摘 要： | 东江泵站结合扬程变化幅度大的特点,在技术改造中采用双速全调节叶片的大型轴流泵机组型式,取得了明显的节能效益。通过对大泵机组综合特性的现场试验研究,探讨了大型水泵机组现场测试方法,研究了双速全调节轴流泵机组的运行特性。研究表明,对于水源水位大幅度变化的低扬程泵站,采用双速全调节轴流泵,具有运行方便、节能效果显著的特点。

| Abstract: | In the technology reform of Dongjiang Pumping Station, a large scale axial -flow pump with double speed is used to fitting in with the nature of the pump head varying greatly. Based on the field test of the pump unit, this paper studies the prototype test method and the performance characteristics of this kind of pump. It is showed that, the adjustable axial-flow pump with double speed is very convenient in use and obvious in energy saving when it is used for the pumping system of which the water level on intake side varies over a wide range. |
