| 摘 要： | 不同培养基对3个来源不同的松口蘑菌株和1个栎松口蘑菌株菌丝生长影响的研究结果表明,在不同培养基上,各菌株之间在菌丝生长速度、菌丝干重和菌落形态上表现出一定的差异。

| Abstract: | In this paper,hypha growth of Tricholoma matsutake strain from 3 different origins and 1 Tricholoma bakamatsutake strain cultured in different culture medium was studied.The results showed that there was discrepancy among different culture medium,velocity of hypha growth in different strain,dry weight of hypha and hypha morphology. |
