放线菌gan-1的分类鉴定

摘    要:对具有拮抗活性的放线菌gan-1的形态、生理生化特性、细胞壁化学组分以及16S rDNA序列进行了研究分析.结果表明,放线菌gan-1的菌落特征及生理生化特性与弗氏链霉菌(Streptomyces fradiae)高度一致,二者的16S rDNA序列的相似性达到了99%.因此,可将菌株gan-1定名为弗氏链霉菌gan-1(Streptomyces fradiae gan-1).

Abstract:The morphological, physiological, biochemical characteristics and 16S rDNA of the strain gan-1 isolated from the soil of greenhouse in the northeast of China were studied. The results indicated that all these characteristics were very similar to Streptomyces fradiae. Homology analysis showed that its 16S rDNA shared 99% identity with S.fradiae. Accordingly, the strain gan-1 could be named as S. fradiae gan-1.
