| 摘 要： | 邓小平针对中国民主法制实际状况，将法制建设放在十分突出的地位，将其看成是关系中国特色社会主义现代化事业大局的关键性工作。不仅如此，邓小平还善于将马克思主义辩证方法运用到法制的具体实践建设中，使我国法制建设取得卓越成效。这些辩证方法主要包括两点论和过程论。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the practical situations of democracy and law in China. Deng Xiaoping laid stress on the construction of the legal system, and regarded it as the critical work concerned with Chinese socialist construction. Furthermore , Deng was adept at putting Marxist dialectics to practice, which mainly involved Two - point Theory and the Process Theory. And the construction of the legal system our in country turned out to he a great success because of his ideology and efforts. |
