| 摘 要： | 把新型工业化道路仅仅理解为信息化是片而和错误的,因为新型工业化道路思想实际上是一个完整严密的科学理论体系。其中,“一体四翼”就是构建该思想系统工程的主体框
架。“一体”指工业化目标,“四翼”分别是工业化与信息化良性互动、科教兴国、可持续发展和人才强国四大战略。

| Abstract: | IT application is equal to the thought of taking a new road to industrialization. This is erroneous and partial to understand it just at this level. For the thought actually is an integrity and intricate theory: "A body and four limbs ."A body" means the objective of industrialization. "Four limbs "represent for four strategies: industrialization and IT application propel each other; rejuvenating the country through science and education: sustainable development: achieving prosperity. |
