温度对皇冠沙鳅幼鱼生长的影响

为了解不同养殖温度(24、26、28和30℃)下皇冠沙鳅幼鱼的生长特性及规律,本实验选取初始体长(62.20±4.15)mm,初始体重(6.31±0.96)g的240尾健康皇冠沙鳅幼鱼进行为期240 d的生长实验。结果显示:不同温度对皇冠沙鳅幼鱼生长影响差异显著。利用线性方程L=a×d+b和指数方程W=b×ea·d分别对各温度组体长和体重生长进行拟合发现,28℃处理组体长生长系数和体重生长系数最大,分别为3.677和0.2073,24℃处理组最低,分别为0.541和0.039 5。利用二次方程分别对皇冠沙鳅幼鱼的体长增长率、体重增长率、特定增长率和日增重进行拟合并综合上述各生长指标对应的最适水温值,获得皇冠沙鳅幼鱼的最适生长水温范围为(28.01±0.30)℃。

Influence of temperature on the growth of Juvenile Chromobotia macracanthus

In order to study the effect of different temperature on the growth of juvenile Chromobotia macracanthns,four different temperature gradients (24,26,28 and 30 ℃) were set.The initial body length and body weight was (62.20 ± 4.15) mm and (6.31 ±0.96) g,respectively.During the experimental period,water temperature,ammonia nitroge and DO level were measured once a day.The experiment lasted for 240 days.The results showed that temperature had distinct effect on juvenile C.macracanthus growth.Regression analysis showed that,daily age of juveniles was in a linear correlation with body length and in an exponential correlation with body weigh.The optimum temperature for young fish growth was 28 ℃,while that at 24 ℃ grew slowest in all experimental treatments.The body length growth rate,body weight growth rate,specific growth rate,daily weight gain were also influenced significantly by water temperature.Use quadratic polynomial equation to fit these four parameters with water temperature,the optimum temperature for C.macracanthus growth was (28.01 ±0.30) ℃.
