建立金花茶基因库初报

摘    要:经过5年(1981至1985年)的调查和搜集,广西南宁市园林局新竹苗圃及广西林业厅南宁树木园同时建立起具有一定规模的金花茶种质资源基因库,收集和人工栽培了在广西已发现的金花茶组的20个种和变种。金花茶基因库的建立,为保护自然生长的金花茶种质资源和开展金花茶的全面研究工作起到极其重要的作用。文中介绍了建立金花茶基因库的目的、方法和枝术措施以及结果。

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF GENE POOLS OF MEMBERS OF SECTION CHRYSANTHA (GENAS CAMELLIA) IN NANNING, GUANGXI ZHUANGZU AUTONOMOUS REGION
Abstract:After 5 years (1981-1985) efforts including successive investigation and collection for species and varieties of Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama and its allies (Section Chrysantha Chang) , two gene pools of considerable scale including nearly all of the germplasm resources already found in Guangxi have been established in Nanning for the first time in Chian, viz. , one at Xinzhu nursery of bureau of landscape architecture and another at Nanning arboretum of Guangxi forestry department. 20 species and varieties have been collected and planted at the gene pools, viz.:1 . Camellia chrysantha (Hu) Tuyama;2. C. chrysanth var. (habitat. Fangcheng County) ;3. C. chrysantha var. microcapa S. L. Mo. et S. Z Huang; 4. C. chrysanthoides Chang;5. C. euphlebia Merr. ex Sealy;6. C. fusuiensis S. Y. Liang et X. J. Dong;7. C. impressinervis Chang et S. Y. Liang;8. C. limonia C, F. Liang et S. L Mo;9. C. longgangensis C. F. Liang et S. L. Mo.10. C. longgangensis var. grandis C. F. Liang et S. L. Mo; 11. .C. longruiensis C. F. Liang et. X. J. Dong;12. C. longzhouensis J. Y. Luo;13. C. micrantha S. Y. Lian et Y. C. Zhong;14. C. multipetala S. Y. Liang et C. Z. Deng;15. C. pingguoensis D. Fang;16. C. ptilosperma S. Y. Liang et Q. D. Chen;17. C. pubipetala Y. Wan et S. Z. Huang;18. G. tunghiensis Chang;19. C. wmngensis S. Y. Liang et C. Z. Deng;20. C. xiashiensis S .Y. Liang et C. Z. Deng.The establishment of the gene pool is an important measure in protecting the germplasm resources and in fascilitating research work of C. chrysantha and its allies.The aim, methods, procedure and technical measures in establishing genepoola are reported and discussed in the paper.
