摘    要:以福鼎大白茶树花粉为材料 ,研究植物生长调节剂和微量元素对茶树花粉发芽率的影响 .结果表明 :含有 10 - 2 0 mg· L-1的 GA3、1- 2 0 mg· L-1的 2 ,4 - D、2 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1的 Zn SO4 、5 - 2 0 0 mg· L-1或稍高的H3BO3的培养液对花粉的发芽有明显的促进作用 .H3BO3质量浓度为 2 0 0 mg· L-1时 ,其发芽率最高 ,达84 .5 3% ,比 CK高 110 .3% ;而含有 5 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1的 GA3、5 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1的 2 ,4 - D、高于 2 0 0 mg· L-1的Zn SO4 的培养液则对花粉的发芽有明显的抑制作用 ,2 ,4 - D质量浓度为 10 0 mg· L-1时 ,发芽率最低 ,比 CK低 95 .2 % .

Abstract:By using Fudin Dabai tea tree pollen as the material,the influence of plant- growth regulator and mi- croelements on the germination percentage of tea tree pollen was studied.The results was as follows:some sub- stances in the culture solution including GA3with the mass concentration of10 - 2 0 mg· L-1,2 ,4 - D with the mass concentration of1- 2 0 mg· L-1,Zn SO4 with the mass concentration of2 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1,H3BO3with the mass concentration of5 - 2 0 0 mg· L-1or even higher could accelerate the germination of pollen,among them,H3BO3with the massconcentration of2 0 0 mg· L-1had the besteffectof facilitating germination percent- age on tea tree pollen,the highest germination percentage was 84 .5 3% ,110 .3% higher than CK. However, some substances like GA3with the mass concentration of5 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1,2 ,4 - D with the mass concentration of 5 0 - 10 0 mg· L-1and Zn SO4 with the mass concentration higher than 2 0 0 mg· L-1had obvious inhibitory action to the germination of pollen,among them,the 2 ,4 - D with the mass concentration of 10 0 mg· L-1had the lowest inhibition,95 .2 % lower than CK.
