| 摘 要： | 发展生态产业是保证生产发展、生活富裕、生态健康的根本途径。海南省要成为生态省,就必须大力发展生态产业。在阐述生态产业概念、组成及发展生态产业必要性的基础上,提出了海南建设生态产业的一系列措施。

| Abstract: | Ecological industry is a fundamental way to ensure the growth of production, an affluent life and ecological health for a whole society. Hainan Province should develop ecological industry to become an ecological province. This article elaborated the concept, the constitution and the necessity of ecological industry, and put forth some measures for Hainan to develop ecological industry. |
