3种观叶植物对SO2抗性能力的研究

摘    要:为研究不同种类植物对室内污染气体SO2的净化作用,以绿萝、常春藤、吊兰3种观叶植物为供试材料,采用人工熏气法研究了不同浓度SO2(0~80mg/m3)助迫条件下(3天),3种室内观叶植物丙二醛含量(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶含量(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和叶绿素含量(Chl)的变化情况。结果表明:随着SO2浓度的升高,3种观叶植物的叶片抗氧化酶活性及生理指标发生了不同程度的变化:绿萝、常春藤和吊兰MDA含量显著增加,其中常春藤上升幅度最大,吊兰次之,绿萝最小;常春藤和吊兰的SOD活性呈先上升后下降的趋势,绿萝的SOD活性显著下降;绿萝、常春藤和吊兰的POD活性呈先显著上升后下降趋势,在SO2浓度为60mg/m^3时分别达最大值1.58△OD47d(min·mg)、2.34△0D470/(min·mg)和0.07A034,d(min·mg),其中吊兰增加幅度最小,常春藤增加的幅度最大;绿萝、常春藤和吊兰Chl含量显著下降,常春藤下降幅度最大,其次是吊兰,绿萝最小。

Abstract:The experiment were conducted with green dill, ivy and spider foliage plants as test materials to study the effect of the different plants on SO2 resistance. Obtained results showed that with the increase of SO2 level chlorophyll (CHL) contents in three kinds of foliage plants leaves showed decreasing trend, and malondialdehyde (MDA) showed increasing trend, peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) was first increased and then decreased trend. These indicators reduction and increase were different with plant species and SO2 concentration.these experiments to LuLuo, ivy, bracketplant three potted plants for the materials, and putting them into contain different concentrations 0mg/m3, SO2 (20mg/m3, 40mg/m3, 60mg/m3, 80mg/m3) airtight box, intimidation, three days after sampling determine its superoxide dismutase (SOD), active peroxidase (POD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content and chlorophyll content. The results show that, with the increase of SO2 concentration, 3 kinds of flowers plant the MDA content and totaltrend increase POD activity and SOD activity first after general trend rise, chlorophyll content and total trend drop, increase and decrease reduced because of plant species and degree of SO2 concentration and different.
