| 摘 要： | 采用平衡透析法结合反相高效液相色谱法（RP—HPLC）测定鸡血浆中喹胺醇的蛋白结合率。色谱条件为ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈：水（40：60，v／v），流速1．0mL／min，检测波长352nm。结果显示，喹胺醇浓度为1．1、5．5、22．0μg／mL缓冲液中鸡血浆的蛋白结合率分别为84．41％、75．30％、66．96％；透析平衡时间约为30h。表明喹胺醇的鸡血浆蛋白结合率较高，药物浓度与血浆蛋白结合率之间呈反比关系。 |

Study on the integratation between Kui'anchun and plasma proteins of chicken |

| Abstract: | The binding rate of Kui＇anchun to plasma protein of chicken was determined by using the equilibrium dialysis and reversed- phase high performance liquid chromatography （RP- HPLC）. Conditions of RP- HPLC were ZORBAX Eclipse XDB C18 of chromatographic column （ 250 mm × 4. 6 mm ,5μm） , the mobile phase of aeetonitrile - water （40/60, v/v） , the flow rale of 1.0 ml. · min^ -1 and the UV detecting wavelength of 352 nm. The protein - binding rates were 84.41% ,75.30% and 66.96% al conceutration of 1. 1 μg/mL, 5.5 μg/mL, and 22.0 μg/mL in buffer, respectively. The time of dialysis was about 30 hours. The result showed that the binding rate of Kui＇anchun to plasma protein was high in chicken, while the protein - binding rate was decreased with the increasing of drugs concentration. |
