| Abstract: | A technology of extracting tea polyphenols from leaf of Rubus corchorifolius has been studied by orthogonal experiment method to obtain the optimum technological condition of extracting tea polyphenols. This technology has the advantages of simple operation, high yield and low cost by using water as solvent which is poisonless and pollution free. |
