高校教师职业倦怠状况研究及对策探析

摘    要:为了解高校教师的职业倦怠状况,对天津科技大学150名教师展开了问卷调查。通过统计分析发现:(1)高校教师职业倦怠感初露端倪,其中职业倦怠的核心指标——情绪衰竭最为明显;(2)高校教师职业倦怠的各项指标在性别、教龄、学历、职称、收入、婚姻状况等方面存在显著差异。针对当前教师的职业倦怠状况,从社会、学校和教师3个角度提出建议,以期预防或缓解教师的倦怠感。

Abstract:In order to learn about the situation of college teachers' job burnout, the data were collected through questionnaires from a sample of 150 college teachers in Tianjin Science and Technology University. Through the statistical analyses, the conclusions show that the teachers' job burnout is obvious, and as the key guide line of job burnout, the emotional exhaustion was higher than any other aspect. Also, every index of job burnout had significant differences from sexuality, school age, school record, professional title, income, civil state, etc. According to the current situation of the job burnout of college teachers, some suggestions were made for the society, school and teachers, respectively.
