摘    要:植物多酚是一类广泛存在于植物体内的重要次生代谢产物,因其独特的活性功能,有着广阔的开发应用前景。对植物多酚的提取和分离方法进行了概述。

Abstract:Polyphenols which widely exist in plants is an important secondary metabolites,and has a wide prospect of development and application. In this paper, it was reviewed that the methods of the extraction and isolation of plant polyphenols.
