木材渗透性的研究

摘    要:本文研制了木材渗透性测量试验设备,并对我国东北四种常见木材的渗透性进行了测量。①实验证明,该设备结构合理、测量精度高、气密性好、使用方便,可以满足木材渗透性测量要求。②木材渗透性是各向异性的物理特性。四种木材的轴向渗透性均比横向渗透性高,红松和兴安落叶松的径向渗透性比弦向高,山杨和白桦的弦向渗透性比径向高。③根据四种木材不同纹理方向的渗透性测量数据,分析和讨论了影响木材渗透性及其各向异性的机理。

Abstract:In this paper, the permeable measurement was made by authers. The permeability was measured of four species of common wood which grow in northeast area of China. The results indicate that; 1) The experiment proved this equipment was reasonable structure, good measurement precision and convenient in use, and the wood permeability measurement was contented. 2) Wood permeability was the physics property of different in nature in different grain directions. The permeability of four kinds wood in axial is greatre than that in crosswise.The permeability of pinus Roraiensis and Larix dadurica in radial is greater than that in tangential, and the permeability of Populas Davidiana Dode and Betala Platyrhylla Suk in trangential is greater than that in radial. 3) According to the data of four kinds wood permeability in different grains direction. The effect mechanism on wood permeability and different properties was discussed and analysed.
