| 摘 要： | 利用从澳大利亚引进的RSD标准抗原抗体，研究建立了I-ELISA检测甘蔗宿根矮化病（RSD）的方法。通过对田间采集的样本进行检测，同时以电镜负染检测法印证，检测结果一致，表明I-ELISA能简便、快速、准确、有效地检测出RSD，为甘蔗宿根矮化病的诊断和防治、脱毒种苗的生产、对外甘蔗品种／材料交换检疫检测提供了技术支撑。 |

| Abstract: | Standard antigen and antibody from Australia, as detecting method of I-ELISA for RSD is established. The products indicated that RSD can be rapidly, conveniently and truly detected by I-ELISA for samples collected from field and that are consistent with the detection products by negative staining of electron microscope, so as to provide technique support for recognition and RSD control, production of sugarcane virusfree seedling or quarantine and RSD detection of exchanged sugarcane materials. |
