摘    要:在相同的饲养管理条件下,对14~18月龄婆闽牛及闽南黄牛各6头进行舍饲肥育。结果表明:在120天的肥育期中,婆闽牛平均日增重为902g,个体最高日增重达1447g,闽南黄牛仅为585g和893g;婆闽牛较之提高54.1%和62.0%。婆闽牛每增重1kg需要干物质8.03kg,增重净能24.89MJ,可消化蛋白567.2g;闽南黄牛相应为9.49kg,28.74MJ和657.0g;婆闽牛饲料报酬明显优于闽南黄牛。屠宰测定结果,婆闽牛胴体重为150.0kg,净肉重为128.4kg,分别比闽南黄牛提高58.1%和62.1%。肥育试验经济核算结果,饲养婆闽牛盈利,饲养闽南黄牛亏损。

Abstract:Six crossbred cattle Brahman-Min and six native yellow cattle (NYC) were used for housing fattening trial. They were kept under the same feeding and management conditions. The result shows that during the 120-day finishing period, the average daily gain of Brahman-Min and NYC were 902g and 585g respectively. The highest daily gain in Brahman-Min reaches 1447g, but in NYC is only 893g. Brahman-Min's daily gains have increased by 54.1% and 62.0% as compared with NYC. It is estimated that 8.03kg solid, 24.89MJ net energy, and 567.2g digestible protein are needed for each kilogram of weight gain in Brahman-Min and 9.49kg, 28.7 MJ and 657. 0g are needed in NYC respectively. The feed conversion of Brahman-Min is obviously superior to that of NYC. Slaughter tests showed that Brahman-Min had 150kg of carcase weight and 128.4kg of net beef weight in average. Both figures were 58.1% and 62.1% more than those of NYC. That proves raising Brahman-Min wil gain profit while raising NYC will lose.
