肉鸽曲霉菌病的病原鉴定及病理学研究

通过分离和鉴定病原确诊江苏一肉鸽场暴发了曲霉菌病,观察和研究肉鸽感染曲霉菌病后各系统的病理学变化。采用血琼脂、麦康凯琼脂和沙保弱氏葡萄糖琼脂平板对病原进行了分离与鉴定,涂片检验毛滴虫,应用微量血凝抑制试验检测鸽新城疫抗体。进行流行病学调查,观察临床症状,解剖并记录病变,采集肺、肝、肠和脑组织进行病理组织切片,病原经分离鉴定是烟曲霉菌。病理学研究发现临床上会出现精神、呼吸和饮食等变化,影响肉鸽的产蛋率、受精率和出孵率等,剖检可见肺、气囊、肝脏和十二指肠等组织器官有不同程度的霉菌性结节,脑、脾脏、肾脏和法氏囊等组织器官也可见霉菌性病变,肺、肝、肠和脑组织的病理组织切片中可见大小不一的坏死灶,坏死灶周围出现炎性细胞浸润,坏死灶内有霉菌菌丝和孢子。
