桑树根结线虫病有效防治药剂的筛选初报

20 0 0 - 2 0 0 3年在山东省青州市桑树根结线虫病危害严重的桑园进行防治药剂的筛选试验。结果表明 :用98%溴甲烷 10 0g/m2 的剂量对土壤进行覆膜熏蒸消毒 ,防治效果可达 10 0 % ;用 1 8%阿维菌素 10 0 0～ 15 0 0倍液以10g/m2 的剂量灌根施入土壤 ,防治效果可达 10 0 % ;5 %涕灭威颗粒剂以 30g/m2 的剂量混入土壤 ,防治效果可达80 %～ 90 % ;用蓖麻粕有机肥施入土壤 (用量为 1kg/m2 左右 ) ,对线虫的防治效果可达 80 %～ 90 %。以上 4种药剂处理过的桑树 ,其长出的桑叶在残毒期过后养蚕 ,未发现对蚕儿的发育有不良影响

Preliminary Report of Selecting Effective Agents for Controlling Mulberry Root Nematodiasis

Experiments of selecting agents for controlling mulberry root nematodiasis were carried out in 2000～2003 in Qingzhou city,Shandong Province.The results showed that the control effect was 100% when the soil was furnigated with plastic covering by 98% metafume with a dose of 100 g/m2,that the control effect was 100% when the 1 000～1 500 times diluted solution of 1.8% abamaction with a dose of 10 g/m2 was applied in furrows,that the control effect was 80%～90% when the 5% temix granular agent with a dose of 30 g/m2 was applied by mixed with soil,and that the control effect was 80%～90% when the draegs of caster-oil plant organic manure with a dose of 1 g/m2 was applied into the soil.The leaves havested from the trees treated with above mentioned 4 agents after toxicity residual period showed no bad effect on the development of the silkworm.
