铒掺杂二氧化钛光催化降解甲胺磷农药的研究

摘    要:采用溶胶—凝胶法制备了5种不同铒掺杂量的二氧化钛催化剂,并通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)对所制备二氧化钛晶体进行了晶型分析,研究了二氧化钛加入量、pH值、铒离子的掺杂量对甲胺磷农药降解性能的影响.结果表明:所制备的二氧化钛催化剂的晶型为锐钛矿型;纯二氧化钛及铒离子掺杂的二氧化钛对甲胺磷农药有明显降解作用.催化剂的投加量显著影响污染物的降解效率,当二氧化钛用量为0.6 g/L时,对甲胺磷农药的降解效果最明显;铒离子掺杂的二氧化钛能明显提高有机磷农药的降解率,铒离子掺杂存在最佳量,铒离子的掺杂用量为1.2%,对甲胺磷的降解效果最显著;pH值对甲胺磷的降解影响显著,酸性及碱性介质中有利于甲胺磷的降解.

Abstract:Pure TiO2 and erbiumion-doped TiO2(Er3+-TiO2) catalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method and characterized by means of XRD.The characters and influencing factors of the degradation of organophosphorus pesticides of methamidophos by erbium ion-doped TiO2(Er3+-TiO2) were studied.The result showed that erbium ion-doped TiO2 had obvious effect on the degradation of methamidophos pesticides,and an optimal dosage of erbium ion at 1.2% achieved the highest degradation rate for methamidophos.Under the alkalinity and the acidic condition,the degradation experiment of methamidophos on the surface of Er3+-TiO2 showed that the degradation rate was higher than that under the neutral condition.
