温度对斑缘豆粉蝶生长发育的影响

摘    要:观察自然温度和恒定温度梯度下斑缘豆粉蝶各虫态的发育历期,并计算发育起点温度和有效积温。结果表明:温度对斑缘豆粉蝶各虫态的发育历期及幼虫期营养积累情况均有一定影响。在20,25,30℃条件下,斑缘豆粉蝶各虫态的发育速率随温度的升高而加快,但35℃时斑缘豆粉蝶高龄幼虫的生长速率明显减慢,生长发育受到抑制;在20~30℃,蛹质量与温度呈正相关;斑缘豆粉蝶完成个体生长发育所需的积温为381.29(d.℃)。其中,卵发育的有效积温为36.57(d.℃),幼虫发育的有效积温为249.44(d.℃),蛹发育的有效积温为95.28(d.℃)。

Abstract:The effects of temperature on the growth of Colias erate was studied.The results showed that the developmental stage and pupae weight were affected by temperature.From 20 ℃ to 30 ℃,the growth rate and pupae weight of C.erate increased with the increase of temperature.However,when temperature reached 35 ℃,the growth rate of old larvae decreased.The effective accumulative temperature of C.erate for egg,larva,pupa and the whole generation were 36.57,249.44,95.28 and 381.29 day-degree,respectively.
