摘    要:以非灭菌土为生长基质,采用盆栽试验和室内分析相结合的方法,研究了不同施氮水平下接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对白术生物产量和氮素含量的影响。结果表明,接种AM真菌提高了白术根系菌根侵染率和植株的生物产量、全氮含量,改善了植株的氮肥利用率;AM真菌的接种效应因接种量和施肥量不同而变化,土壤中施氮量为0.3~0.45 g/kg时效果最好;适宜的施氮量和接种AM真菌有交互正效应,有利于白术生长。

Abstract:The effects of AM fungi on the growth amount and nitrogen content of Atractylodes macrocephala were investigated by inoculating the Glomus mosseae under different nitrogen levels in unsterilized soil.Pot culture and experimental analyses were carried out.The results showed that the inoculation of AM fungi could promote the mycorrhizal infection rate,the total nitrogen content and the dry weight of plant.The using rate of nitrogen fertilizer was also promoted by inoculation of AM fungi.The inoculation effect of AM fungi was closely related to nitrogen levels,the best for 0.3-0.45g/kg.There was a best combination relation between AM fungi and the amount of nitrogen application,and the growth of host plant would be promoted with the best combination.
