摘    要:采用盆栽1年生苹果梨幼苗作试材,研究水分胁迫对叶水势的影响。结果表明:一天中叶水势值与土壤水分状况密切相关,叶水势与土壤含水量呈正相关,回归方程为变形双曲线;当土壤含水量在9.5%以下时,随土壤含水量的下降叶水势迅速下降;当土壤含水量在9.5%以上时,随土壤含水量的下降叶水势变化不明显。保证梨幼树正常生长的土壤含水量应保持在9,5%以上。

Abstract:The effects of water stress on leaf water potential were studied in one-year-old potted pear trees. The results showed that there was a close relation between leaf water potential and soil moisture during a day. The leaf water potential was positively correlated with soil moisture. The regression equation was the deformed double curve. When soil moisture contents were below 9.5%, leaf water potential dropped rapidly with a decrease in soil moisture contents. When soil moisture contents were above 9.5%, there was no apparent change in leaf water potential with a drop in soil moisture contents. Therefore, it was necessary for young pear tress to grow well to keep an adequate soil moisture above 9.5%.
