微生物制剂对设施黄瓜连作障碍的修复试验

摘    要:施用3种微生物制剂,以常规施肥作为对照,对于连续种植5茬的黄瓜生长和产量、发病情况、土壤性状进行了分析。结果表明,施用微生物制剂后,黄瓜的各项生长指标和产量均优于对照;枯萎病发病率显著下降;土壤EC值下降;有机质含量增加。因此认为,3种微生物制剂对于设施黄瓜连作障碍具有修复效果,尤其以创博土壤修复剂优势明显。

Abstract:The growth of cucumber,the incidence of production,soil physical and chemical properties were analyzed by using three kind of microbial agents with the conventional fertilization as control.The results showed that microbial agents have significant effects on repairing obstacles of continuous cropping cucumber soil.Cucumber growth and yields treated with microbial preparations were higher,plant Fusarium wilt was decreased more significantly than the control.There is a decline value of EC,on the contrary,the contents of organic matter are increased in soil.All of the microbial agents used in this experiment could repair the obstacles of continuous cropping cucumber soil,and Chuangbo did best.
