农村城镇化的绿色生态路径探索

在中国今天的农村城镇化建设过程中,建设绿色生态城镇是时代发展的需要,更是人居环境与自然环境可持续和谐的需要,是生态文明的重要特征。发展农村绿色生态城镇化要摆正人与自然界的位置,培养整体（区域）意识和全局观念,将农村绿色生态的城镇的选址和规划设计放在战略的高度考虑,要整合绿色生态城镇化资源,以绿色经济带动农村绿色生态城镇化的发展。发展农村绿色生态城镇还要建立健全相关法律和法规以及有关环保和环卫方面的法律和法规,走出一条符合中国国情的农村绿色生态城镇化的道路。

On the Exploration of Green Eco-path of Rural Urbanization

Today,in the process of China rural urbanization,building green ecological towns is an important feature of ecological civilization,being the need of modern development and harmony between living and natural environment.To achieve the rural green urbanization,the position of human and nature must be straightened and the concept of regional and global awareness must be fostered.Government should take the site and design of rural green ecological towns into considerations as a strategic height,integrating resources and developing the rural green ecological urbanization with green economy.To develop rural green ecological towns,the relevant laws and regulations on environmental protection and sanitation must be established and improved.China green eco-path of rural urbanization should be a way in line with China’s national conditions.
