风箱树组织培养研究

摘    要:以风箱树(Cephalanthus occidentalis L.)带腋芽的茎段为外植体,探讨不同植物激素(6-BA、IBA、NAA)对试管苗增殖以及植株再生的影响,建立了一套风箱树离体培养技术体系。试验结果表明:启动最适培养基为MS0;增殖最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.5mg/L+IBA 0.2mg/L;生根最适培养基为1/4MS0;诱导率可达73.3%,增殖系数可达3.55,生根率89.47%,移栽成活率可达到100%。

Abstract:Stems with axillaries bud of Cephalanthus occidentalis L. were used as explants and the effects of different plant auxins (6 -BA, NAA, IBA) on proliferation and regenera-tion of Cephalanthus occidentalis L. were studied. The results showed that the suitable me-dium for bud germination was MS0 ; the optimum multiplication culture medium was MS+6 - BA 1.5 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L; and the rooting culture medium was 1/4MS0. In this cultivation system, the rate of induction was 73.3%, with the highest propagation coefficient of 3.55, 89.47% rooting rate and 100% survival rate of transplant.
