摘 要: | 应用近红外光谱分析技术,以豆粕为试材,建立豆粕粗蛋白快速分析检测模型,结果表明:近红外光谱分析方法的预测值与化学分析值有显著的相关性,相关系数为0.9783。

Study on Application of Near- infrared Analysis Technique on Quality Testing of Soybean-meal |

Abstract: | The model of rapid testing for crude protein in soybean-meal was set up by near-infrared spectrum analysis technique.There was a significant correlation between predicated values by model and chemical analysis values for crude protein content.The correlation coefficient was reached0.9783.The crude protein content of soybean meal could be tested rapidly by this method. |
