| 摘 要： | 分析了当前鄱阳湖地区公众参与的困境,阐述了鄱阳湖地区公众参与的特殊性,提出了完善鄱阳湖生态经济区建设中公众参与的措施,以期待公众参与在鄱阳湖生态经济区的建设中发挥更大的作用。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzed the practical predicament of public participation in the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone,then expounded the particularity of public participation,and finally proposed the measures to improve the public participation,aiming to let the participants play a greater role in the construction of Poyang Lake Eco-economic Zone. |
