西部农村学前教育发展策略探析

在分析当前我国西部地区农村学前教育发展中存在的家长教育观念落后,政府主体地位缺失,学校硬件设施差,园长管理水平低,优秀师资严重缺乏等问题的基础上,从加大宣传力度,强化政府行为,合理利用布局调整改善学校硬件,强化准入制度和加强培训等方面,提出了西部农村学前教育发展策略。

Development Strategies of Pre-school Education in Western Rural Areas

The existing problem in the development of pre-school education in western rural areas,such as the parents’ backward educational concept,the missing of governmental main guiding position,the poor hardware facilities of schools,the low management level of kindergarten leaders,the lack of excellent teachers,etc.,were analyzed.And then some development strategies were presented,including enhancing the propaganda to public,strengthening the governmental behaviors,optimizing the rational use of school hardware,strengthening the access system and training,etc.
