大连市水源地环境现状调查及治理对策

摘    要:以复州河流域为例,根据对大连市复州河流域的水质调查、监测与评价,分析流域水环境状况及工业点源、农村面源的污染因素,并指出复州河流域水环境保护工作在污染控制、水源保护、水环境监管方面存在的主要问题。该研究将复州河流域划分为4类功能区,提出严格执行水源地保护区管理条例,合理规划空间发展格局,实施水资源管理制度,节水减排、流域综合治理、农业面源污染治理和水质监控体系建设等水环境治理保护方面的建议。

Investigation of the Water Source Basin Environment in Dalian and Its Control Strategies

Abstract:With a case study of Fuzhou River basin,according to the water quality investigation,monitoring and evaluation of Fuzhou River basin in Dalian,the water environment condition of this river was analyzed.The industrial point source pollution and the agricultural non-point source pollution in this area were reported respectively.The main problems in water pollution control,the drinking water source protection and the water environment supervision were identified.To protect the water resource of Fuzhou River basin,Fuzhou River basin was divided into four functional zones,and the key points were suggested,including carrying out the water regulations in source protection area strictly,planning the evolution of space structure rationally,and building the water resource management system.Some suggestions,such as water conservation and pollutant reduction,comprehensive treatment of the basins control of agricultural non-point source pollution and the establishment of water quality monitoring system,were proposed.
