摘    要:目的]研究不同蒿类植物对重金属Cd的积累特性。方法]以潼关县黄金生产区及附近不同地区生长的6种蒿类植物(叉枝蒿、青蒿、水蒿、茵陈蒿、莳萝蒿、艾蒿)为研究对象,测定并分析蒿类植物体内的Cd含量,以便确定建立人工生态系统的植物种类。结果]水蒿-13茎中Cd含量为6种植物中最高,其值为42.55 mg/kg,叉枝蒿-11叶片中Cd含量次之,其值为30.59 mg/kg;2个样区中的叉枝蒿对Cd的转移能力为6种植物中最高,叉枝蒿-11的转移系数为2.1,叉枝蒿-3的转移系数为1.96;随着土壤中重金属含量的增加,植物体内对重金属的富集有增加趋势。结论]该矿区可选用水蒿和叉枝蒿进行重金属Cd的生态修复。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study accumulation property of the cadmium in different Artemisia plants.Method] Six kinds of Artemisia plants around the golden mining area at Tongguan County were selected as research object,including Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp,Artemisia annua L.,Artemisia selengensis,Artemisia capillaries,Artemisia anethoides Mattf.and Artemisia argyi.By determining cadmium content in different Artemisia plants,we established the plant species for artificial ecosystem.Result] Among six kinds of Artemisia plants,the stem of Artemisia selengensis-13 had the best absorbing capacity to cadmium,and the content was 42.55 mg/kg.The cadmium content in leaf of Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp was the second,and the content reached 30.59 mg/kg.Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp in two areas had the best transfer capacity to cadmium.The transfer coefficient of Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp-11 was 2.1 and Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp-3 was 1.96.Absorbing capacity for the same Artemisia plant increased as cadmium content increasing.Conclusion] We could select Artemisia selengensis and Artemisia divaricata(Pamp.) Pamp to conduct ecological restoration of the cadmium in the mining area.
