汽车保险杠系统的结构耐撞性数值模拟研究

摘    要:
保险杠系统是汽车车身的重要组成部分,随着现代汽车行驶速度的提高,对高速碰撞中的保险杠系统进行结构耐撞性研究具有非常重要的意义。为提高保险杠系统在高速碰撞中的结构耐撞性,在原北京吉普车保险杠系统的基础上,对其进行结构优化设计,并利用有限元数值模拟的碰撞标准对优化结果进行了验证和比较。

Abstract:
The bumper system is the important constituent in the automobile body, along with the enhancement of traveling speed in modern automobile, it is very significant to have simulation study on structural crashworthiness for bumper system in the high speed collision. This article, based on a Beijing jeep bumper system, to enhance the structural crashworthiness for original system in high speed collision, has carried on the structure optimization design to the bumper system, and using the finite element numerical simulation method, validated and compared the optimized result according to the collision standard.
